The Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring that we hire the best possible Sales consultant for inbound call center and B2B.
You will be responsible for all stages of the recruitment and selection process including: planning, on-line sourcing and networking, screening, evaluating, selecting strong candidates, interviewing, recruitment tracking and on boarding of all new employees.
You will also be providing expert advice on best practices on interviewing and selection techniques and assisting in Human Resources projects.
- 2 to 5 years of recruiting experience with a minimum of 2 years in Sales recruitment.
- A degree in HR, Business or a related field.
- Demonstrate strong sourcing and online social media recruitment skills and have a solid background in behavioural based interviewing assessment techniques.
- Demonstrate the ability to recruit for a high volume of sales across Canada.
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and prioritizing skills.
- A highly motivated individual who is focused, adaptable, results driven and able to manage strong relationships in a fast paced environment will be very successful.
